London show added to Euro tour.

Yup. 15th April at Hoxton Bar & Grill, we'll be back down in London town for the opening show of our European tour dates with We Were Promised Jetpacks.

We taped a coupla new tunes.

We spent last Monday to Wednesday recording a couple of new tunes. Andrew Bush did all the recording, mixing, production as we listened in and said what we liked and what we really liked and what we thought was an absolute delight. Steel (the talent scout) likes them.

The tunes we've put to tape are entitled MMIX and The Brown Owl Knows Best. MMIX has been our set opener for a couple of months now, so maybe you've heard it, and Brown Owl is a new yin. The tunes are currently under review and, when they're ready, one or both of them will be up on the myspace streaming. Its gonna be a double A side single that will be available and will be on sale on our European tour with Jetpacks and will be launched at an Edinburgh show when we're back off the tour.

We got back in Edinburgh on Wednesday after recording and went straight on stage at Cab Vol for the ECA fundraiser show with Three Blind Wolves and Frightened Rabbit. If you were there, cheers for clapping and getting our tired bodies through it.

ECA Fundraiser

We are playing a fundraiser for fashion students at Edinburgh College of Art, next week. Money raised from the show goes toward students being able to show their work at graduate fashion week in London in June.

Frightened Rabbit are headlining the show with ourselves opening and Three Blind Wolves in between.

As far as I'm aware, ticketes are all gone. There is a small chance that Ripping will have one or two left. They normally put one in the window, so maybe you could buy that?
